Michel's Transport Hopper Augers
Augers are available with center delivery for trailers with a minimum length of 31'. The clearance underneath the auger after installation is 14" on most trailers. The hydraulic requiremnt is 15 GPM with a 2500 psi bypass. Unloading rate is approx. 300 bushels/minute per auger. Hopper auger depth is 9".
This system can be used with an airseeder loading auger. The down spout is attached to a 7" auger system. This hopper auger system is mounted so that the auger heads do not protrude past the side of the trailer.
This 5.9 cubic-inch hydraulic motor comes with a flow control valve to regulate speed. The motor is reversible, allowing easy clean out. The hydraulic motor can be powered by T-ing on the existing hydraulic line on the airseeder, or on the semi tractor unit.
The hopper augers are easily detached by removing 5 bolts. The trap door can be opened to allow for easy unloading at elevator.
This system can be used as a transfer auger in the fall. Unloading with both "hopper augers" will keep up to a 10" auger. Total weight of one set of hopper augers is 220 lbs. The specially designed gearboxes have a shaft angle and ball bearings to provide years of dependable service.
Optional electric solenoids are available with elcectric switch or wireless remote.
